YWCA Facility Rentals

We've got all kinds of rental options for you.
The pool, aerobic room, kitchen, gyms, and conference rooms of the YWCA are available for group rentals on occassions when the space is not in use for YWCA programs. For more information please read below or contact the program director at (605) 336-3660 to schedule a visit.

Pool Rentals
$4 per person plus minimum rate per hour $50 plus lifeguard rate. Association rates available.
All groups are required to have a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:10 during group usage. Children 5 & under must be accompanied by an adult, in the water, at all times. A locker room attendant must be provided by the group using the facility for the beginning and end of swim period (one for girls locker room, one for boys locker room).
Gym Rentals (downtown)
$25 first hour, $20 each additional hour
$60 ½ day rate (4 hours)
$100 full day rate (8 hours)

Gym Rentals (south) rent ½ of gym space
$35 first hour, $30 each additional hour
$100 ½ day rate (4 hours)
$175 full day rate (8 hours)
All groups are required to have a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:10 during group usage.
Aerobics Studio/Front Lobby
$25 per hour per group, up to 20 people
All groups are required to have a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:10 during group usage.
Conference /Meeting Rooms

These bright and spacious rooms are affordable and feature:
- High-speed Internet connection available
- Second floor view, large windows
- Kitchen facilities - on ground floor available for planning meals
- Access to YWCA fitness facility - group rates available
Additional Charges:
Chairs - $1.50 each
Pot of Coffee - $2.50 each
Projector - $40 for 1st hour, $75 for the day ($100 refundable deposit)
Table (8 foot) - $9.00 each
TV/VCR - $35 ($100 refundable deposit)
White Linens - $6.00 each
Urn of Coffee - $8.00 each
