CPR Review & Challenge
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation
Learn to Save Lives
One of the first steps in any lifeguard training is CPR and First Aid certification. CPR Challenge requires you to be proficient in CPR skills and knowledge before you enter this course. A challenge course is scheduled in order to give individuals the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and skill competency outside of a formal class setting.
Participants have sole responsibility for preparing for the knowledge and skills tests. An instructor will give the written test, and upon passing, will provide the participant with signals of the victim's conditions for which the participant should provide proper care.
