Become a member of the YWCA Sioux Falls and join our land and water exercise programs. Classes improve overall cardiovascular health, strength, and balance to help you feel healthier. Some of the exercise programs include: Jazzercise, quick fit, strength and balance, cardio, water aerobics, and deep water.
The YWCA offers a great variety of classes at different times during the week and Saturdays! Check out the land and water exercise class schedule to see which activity sounds right for you! Fitness equipment includes lifecycles, eliptical trainers, adaptive motion trainer, treadmills, recumbent bike, AirDyne bikes, Nu-Step, spin bike, universal weights and free weights.

One Day Pass
Give us a test drive? The YWCA Downtown aquatics and fitness center is open to teens and adults on a drop-in basis. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Please complete the one-day pass and bring in with you on your visit. >>>
Drop-in fee is $7 for a non-member.
