So you ask yourself, where do I start?
It doesn't matter what form of exercise you're engaged in as long as you find an activity that you enjoy and won't get bored doing. Don't be afraid to step of of the box and try something new. You may find a new way to work out. Here are a few tips for getting started:
- Walking can be done anywhere and is a wonderful way to start exercising.
- Another good form of exercise is strength training.
- Exercise in the morning because there are fewer excuses earlier in the day and you are more likely to stick to the program.
- Schedule your exercise time in advance like you would any other commitment and stick with your schedule.
- Record your exercise on your calendar or in a log. When you reach your goals for a month, treat yourself to some new exercise gear or another non-food treat.
- Consider reducing your TV time as a way to find more time for physical activity.
Dress Code
For your health and protection, you are required to wear proper exercise attire and appropriate footwear to all classes.
