W O W - Women On Weights. This will help you build and maintain muscle, strenthen bones and joints. It will increase your energy and help you look and feel better too!
Cardio Versa Ball. Get your cardio and core body work-out in this class. Balls, medicine balls, and bands are used.
Fall Proof. Incorporates upper and lower body resistance training as well as working on balance, agility, coordination and confidence in daily activities.
Jazzercise. Group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, and kickboxing and bundled them into one great workout.
Low Impact. Fun and easy to follow aerobic work-out building strength and stamina using weights and medicine balls.
Quick Fit. A combination of interval training & strength training exercises.
Versa Ball. Improve your core body strength and balance on the ball.
Yoga. For all ability levels, even beginners! A dynamic, low-impact workout emphasizing mind/body well -being and muscle-toning to promote total balance & fitness. Bring your own mat if you have one. Yoga Fit certified and prenatal-postnatal instructor, Ahva Halma is also a registered nurse.
