Fitness coaches can provide direction in relation to fitness, exercise, strength training, facility etiquette as well as information on other programs and services of the YWCA.
Fitness Assessments $15
Our fitness coaches will help you complete a comprehensive health screening questionnaire and fitness assessment. The purpose of the fitness testing program is to evaluate and develop your individual cardio-respiratory fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Measurements can be taken of key areas for toning. Please do not eat, drink or exercise four hours prior to testing.
Personal Training $25 hour
Need help setting a realistic fitness goal or is your workout stuck in a rut. We can give you pointers to make working out fun again. Our trainers are professional, dependable role models for exercise training and other areas of health. You will be encouraged to meet the goals you set.
