Camperships
You or your organization can also help send a child to camp in summer by donating a campership. This camp scholarship will provide summer program opportunities to children who would be unable to attend without your support. Camp programs include: Girls On The Run Camp, KinderKamp, Elementary Camp, Babysitting Camp and other day camps for kids.

Century Club is now part of Leaders Endowment Fund
In 1982, the women leaders of the YWCA developed the Century Club endowment as part of a long-term vision to secure the mission of the organization. This vision would ensure that the needs of area women will be met by the YWCA of Sioux Falls for generations to come. To keep pace with the significance of such an effort, the Century Club is now part of a larger endowment program called the Leaders Endowment Fund; named to acknowledge the vision of these past leaders and those who contribute. An annual fall event, hosted by YWCA members, celebrates the generosity of those who donate $100 or more to this fund. All YWCA members are invited to participate and attend. Endowment funds are permanent funds, they are never spent, and the interest on their investment is used to support operating costs. The YWCA Board of Directors manages most of the funds; other funds are held at the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation.

Sioux Empire United Way
The YWCA is one of over 40 agencies supported by our local United Way. About 10 percent of annual contributed dollars come from the community through the United Way. Programs supported include child care, aquatics and water safety, senior wellness and youth recreation. When you give to the United Way, the YWCA receives your support.
