Want to give us a test drive? The YWCA Downtown Fitness Center is open to teens and adults on a drop-in basis. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Equipment includes Lifecycles, Eliptical Trainers, Free Climbers, Treadmills, Recumbent Bike, AirDyne Bikes, Body Solid Machine and free weights.
