Beginner's Balance Class: This class will improve your balance & strength. All exercises will be done using a chair, balls, bands & weights.Located in room 206 on the second floor.
Fun In The Sun: Returning in June, 2009! Take your workout outdoors! Alternate walk and run to a nearby park while doing fun exercises along the way! Join us!
Fall Proof: Incorporates upper and lower body resistance training as well as working on balance, agility, coordination and confidence in daily activities.
