Volleyball is on the rise and never has there been more excitement and opportunity for girls to practice and excel in the sport they love!
At the YWCA, we have over 300 girls participating in our volleyball program with all ability levels from beginners to high school bound recruits. We offer valuable tools to improve your game and an unforgettable growth experience to those participating!
Skill enhancement, enthusiasm, team work and life skills training make the YWCA Volleyball Clinics and League a perfect fit for those who love volleyball!

Girls' Volleyball Skills Clinic
Get a jump start on the volleyball season! Join us for a one day skills clinic for grades 4th through 8th. Registration deadline for CLINICS are the Friday prior.
Fee: $20/Clinic
Grades 4 & 5 Saturday, September 11 from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Grades 6-8 Saturday, September 18 from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Volleyball Leagues
The Girls' League is open to girls in 4th through 8th grades. Teams in each league will be formed according to grade and school attending (when possible). There are three leagues: 4th & 5th; 6th; and 7th & 8th. Recreational play is emphasized.
Practices are held one evening per week at various locations September 20 through December 10. Parents receive practice information via email or in the mail from their coach. No practices are scheduled for hte week of Thanksgiving.
Games are held each Saturday between 1 and 5 pm, starting October 2 through December 11. No games are scheduled November 27, 2010.
Fee: $75/members $85/Non-members and includes a volleyball team t-shirt
Sign up deadline is September 6 and all forms and fees must be submitted by that date. A late fee of $15 will be charged for registrations received after that deadline.
Scholarships are available. Complete a scholarship for and return it for review to the YWCA by September 10.
